Payments of bills or debts to third parties (i.e. VAT, IKA, O.A.E.E. (T.E.B.E. - T.A.E. - T.S.A.), DEH, OTE, EYDAP etc.) are free of charge. The only exceptions are: - payment of cards issued by other domestic banks, where the cost is Euro 0.50 - ATTIKES DIADROMES SA payments, where the cost is Euro 0.15
